Hard bounces fail permanently and the\u0026nbsp;contact\u0027s\u0026nbsp;status is changed to Bounced. Such as when the mailbox is full or when the receiving domain has received too many emails from the sender in a short period of time. DailyStory attempts to prevent temporary email throttling used advanced delivery algorithms, but occasionally this still may occur.\u003C/p\u003E\u003Ch2 id=\u0022will_dailystory_try_and_resend_soft_bounces\u0022\u003EWill DailyStory try and resend soft bounces?\u003C/h2\u003E\u003Cp\u003EYes. DailyStory will retry to send a soft bounced email 2 hours later, then 4 hours later, then 8 hours later, and then finally 24 hours later. Afterwards, if the email is still undeliverable the\u0026nbsp;contact\u0027s\u0026nbsp;status is set to Bounced.\u003C/p\u003E\u003Ch2 id=\u0022how_do_i_move_an_email_to_another_campaign\u0022\u003EHow do I move an email to another campaign?\u003C/h2\u003E\u003Cp\u003ETo move an email to another campaign, it\u0027s easiest just to create a copy of the email.\u003C/p\u003E\u003Cp\u003EWhen you create a copy you will be prompted to select the campaign to place the copied email into. They click on the \u0022Unsubscribe\u0022 link required in the footer of your emails or they can request you manually mark them as unsubscribed. When the email is queued it is sent to our email system and marked delivered. However, it does not mean the email has been sent to the recipient. The actual placement of that email in the recipient\u0027s inbox will occur within \u002B/- random 30 minutes of the scheduled send time. This randomization is done to ensure we don\u2019t flood an email provider, such as Gmail, with too many messages simultaneously as this will cause throttling and soft-bouncing emails.\u003C/p\u003E\u003Cp\u003EFor example, if you are sending 100,000 emails at 9:00 AM. Those emails will start queuing as early as 7:00 AM. Each email will receive a random delivery time from between 9:00 AM and 9:30 AM. At 9:00 AM the emails will start delivering to the recipient\u0027s inboxes according to their scheduled delivery time.\u003C/p\u003E\u003Ch2 id=\u0022will_my_contacts_receive_the_same_email_twice\u0022\u003EWill my contacts receive the same email twice?\u003C/h2\u003E\u003Cp\u003EThe simple answer is no, our system only allows you to send an email one time.
