      "html": "\u003Cp\u003EUnfortunately, sometimes your email doesn\u0027t get delivered as expected. This troubleshooting guide has some tips and may help. However, if you are experiencing continued delivery issues, please contact us.\u003C/p\u003E\u003Ch2 id=\u0022make_sure_the_recipient_wasnt_previously_sent_the_email\u0022\u003EMake sure the recipient wasn\u0027t previously sent the email\u003C/h2\u003E\u003Cp\u003EIf a recipient mentions that they never received your email, be sure to check if they were already sent the email.\u003C/p\u003E\u003Cp\u003EDailyStory \u003Ca href=\u0022/article/wiri8tg34r-email-sending-guardrails\u0022\u003Eincludes guardrails\u003C/a\u003E to prevent you from accidentally spamming your customers with the same emails. One of those guardrails is that the same email cannot be sent to the same recipient more than once in a campaign.\u003C/p\u003E\u003Cp\u003ETo determine if an email has already been sent, you can have two options:\u003C/p\u003E\u003Cp\u003E1. Check the \u003Ca href=\u0022/article/wz22r27fbi-contacts\u0022\u003EActivity tab\u003C/a\u003E on the contact\u0027s record to see if the email has been sent and delivered.\u003C/p\u003E\u003Cp\u003E2. Use the \u003Ccode\u003EReports \u0026gt; Email Sent\u003C/code\u003E report to see when the email first sent. This will tell DailyStory that it\u0027s a new email.\u003C/p\u003E\u003Ch2 id=\u0022verify_the_sending_domain_is_properly_authenticated\u0022\u003EVerify the sending domain is properly authenticated\u003C/h2\u003E\u003Cp\u003EIn order for DailyStory to send your email we need to be listed as an authenticated sender. This includes properly setting up information so that mail servers know that email from DailyStory is being sent on behalf of you.\u003C/p\u003E\u003Ccite class=\u0022recommended\u0022\u003E\u003Cspan class=\u0022title\u0022\u003ERecommended\u003C/span\u003E\u003Cp\u003ESetting up SPF, DKIM and DMARC records in your DNS is complex. That article also details how you can verify if your DNS entries are properly configured.\u003C/p\u003E\u003Ch2 id=\u0022the_from_address_must_match_the_sending_domain\u0022\u003EThe from address must match the sending domain\u003C/h2\u003E\u003Cp\u003EWhile DailyStory gives you flexibility for who the email is sent from, it is important that the from address, e.g. \u0022joe@joeswebsite.com\u0022 matches the sending domain, e.g. \u0022mail.joeswebsite.com\u0022.\u003C/p\u003E\u003Cp\u003EIf this isn\u0027t setup correctly and the from address is \u0022mike@joeandmikespizza.com\u0022 but the sending domain is still \u0022mail.joeswebsite.com\u0022 most mail servers will flag this as an attempt to spoof the mail sever and reject it as SPAM.\u003C/p\u003E\u003Ccite class=\u0022recommended\u0022\u003E\u003Cspan class=\u0022title\u0022\u003ERecommended\u003C/span\u003E\u003Cp\u003EIf you are concerned with emails getting marked as SPAM let us know.
