Changing Your Password

To change your password, sign in to your account. On your DailyStory homepage:

  • Go to Account Settings > Personal Settings
  • Select Update Password
  • Click the Send Password Reset button

Enter your current password and nominate a new one, and then select Change Password.

Passwords must have a minimum of eight characters and contain at least one special character.

I can't login, can I still reset my password?

Someone on my team forgot their password. Can I reset it?

You can't change another user's password, but you can initiate a password reset for the user.

  1. Sign out of your account.
  2. On the Sign In page, select Forgot Password.
  3. Alternatively, you can use this link to directly access the Forgot Password page.

On the Forgot Password page, enter the email address of the user, and then select Send Reset Email. An email with a password reset link will be sent to the user. The user will have to click the provided link to initiate the password reset.

Even if a password reset link has been sent to a user, the user can still use their current password to sign in to DailyStory.

What happens if I forget my password?

If you forget your password and cannot sign in to your DailyStory account, you can reset your password using the Forgot Password option.

On the Sign In page, select Forgot Password, or use this link to directly go to the Forgot Password page. Enter your email address, and then select Send Reset Email. An email with a password reset link will be sent to your address. Use the link provided in the email to reset your password. You will then be automatically signed in to your account.
