Campaign Archives

A campaign's archive status is set by the system, not the user. Archiving happens automatically by the system when the campaign has not been used in over 60 days. When a campaign is in archive status it is paused along with all of it's assets and automations. The leads in the campaign are also no longer being dynamically updated from assigned segments.

Removing a campaign from archive status

To remove a campaign from it's archive/paused status, follow these steps:

  1. Click on the Campaigns button from your Dashboard or navigate to Campaigns > All Campaigns.
  2. Click on the hamburger menu and select Archive.
  1. You will be taken to a list of Archived campaigns. Click on the campaign you would like to remove from the Archives.
  1. Click on the Activate Campaign button.
  1. The campaign will become active again and you will be taken to the campaign's settings page. Make any further adjustments to the campaign and then select Save Changes or Save & Close.
  2. The selected campaign will be added back to the list of your active campaigns.
