A campaign's archive status is set by the system, not the user. Archiving happens automatically by the system when the campaign has not been used in over 60 days. When a campaign is in archive status it is paused along with all of it's assets and automations. The leads in the campaign are also no longer being dynamically updated from assigned segments.

Removing a campaign from archive status

To remove a campaign from it's archive/paused status, follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to Archived campaigns from the Campaign hamburger menu.

  1. Click on the archived campaign from the list of archived campaings.
  2. Click on the hamburger menu of the campaign to edit the campaign.

  1. Toggle the campaign's active status from OFF to ON, and then select Save Changes.

The selected campaign will be added back to your active campaigns list.
