Tixr is an event commerce and ticketing platform that specializes in handling large-scale events, festivals, and venue management. Based on the JSON error we identified earlier, Tixr provides a structured API that transmits complex data objects for items like "seats" and "tickets".
DailyStory’s integration with Tixr enables events, fans and orders created in Tixr to be accessible in DailyStory's events integration, associated fans with the events, and run automations related to event attendance.
To enable Tixr integration you will need to obtain a Client Partner Key and Private Key from Tixr.
Account Settings > Integrations > Event Management.
When Tixr integration is enabled, DailyStory will run an initial sync to bring over any future events. As new events are created, DailyStory will create those events as well.
Contacts associated with an event are automatically added to a segment.
When contacts are synced standard contact fields, such as first name, last name, etc. are brought over. Tixr sync runs daily.
In addition to the standard contact fields Tixr integration adds:
