Waiver Consent

The Waiver Consent widget is used to require agreement to a waiver prior in order to submit the form.

The waiver widget enables setting an optional label, the text of the waiver and the text of the consent checkbox:

When a waiver consent is added to your form, consent must be given before the form may be submitted.
