Segment Archives

A segment's archive status is set by the system, not the user. Archiving happens automatically by the system when a segment has not been used in over 60 days. When a segment is placed in archive status it is paused and will no longer dynamically update or be accessible to any campaigns.

Removing a segment from archive status

To remove a segment from it's archive/paused status, follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to archived segments from the Segments hamburger menu.
  1. Click on the archived segment from the list of archived segments.
  2. Click on the hamburger menu of the segment to edit the segment.
  1. Navigate down the page to Addional Options and click the toggle from OFF to ON, to enable the Segment. Click on Save Changes or Save and Close.

The selected segment will be added back to your active segments list.
