Email OptOut Summary Report Homepage

From the email optout reports homepage, you will find a list of names and email addresses for individuals who have opted out within a selected time frame. The default time frame is the current month to date.

There are several options from the homepage report:

1. Choose a different time frame, click the calendar drop down menu and select a set time frame or a custom range and click Apply.
2. Navigate to a contact's record. You will see the field for OPT OUT EMAIL has been switched to YES and a reason for the optout in the Activity section if a reason was given.

3. Export the list for the select time frame. See more on exporting.
