In the following sample configuration, a new custom contact field called Response Frequency is being created.
The data type assigned to the new custom contact field is Text and the Pick list feature is applied. Three Pick list values are added to the custom field. As a result, these options are available when the custom field is used as a search criterion or when creating and editing contact information.
