Konnektive Integration

Konnektive is a customer transaction and campaign management platform. By integrating Konnektive with DailyStory, you can leverage the DailyStory marketing automation platform to seamlessly send emails, text messages, push notifications and more.

How to integrate Konnektive and DailyStory

Konnektive integration with DailyStory requires several steps.

1. Konnektive API keys

Generate a set of Konnektive APIs keys consisting of a username and password. These API keys allow DailyStory to access the Konnektive API.

2. Whitelist DailyStory IP addresses

To use the Konnektive API, the IP addresses for DailyStory must be whitelisted. Please contact us, and we will provide the IP addresses for you.

3. Enable integration in DailyStory

Navigate to Account Settings > Integrations, and select Konnektive. Enter the username and password obtained in Step 1, and click the "Save" button.

Congratulations. Konnektive integration is now successfully configured! Data will begin importing into DailyStory from Konnektive.

Konnektive Sync

Once Konnektive integration is enabled, DailyStory:

• Automatically syncs customer data from Konnektive: DailyStory automatically begins syncing your customer data from Konnektive into DailyStory. This includes standard customer details, such as first and last name, email address and more. But also includes Konnektive-specific data, such as order status, last order date and more.
• Enables Konnektive specific customer segments: Build customer segments based on data from Konnektive. These segments will automatically stay up-to-date as data in Konnektive changes.
• Enables Konnektive specific automations: Automations, such as an abandoned cart, new customer welcome, customer retention, customer recognition and more are easily enabled.
