BigCommerce Integration

BigCommerce is a e-commerce platform offering software-as-a-service (SaaS) services for building and hosting online stores. By integrating BigCommerce with DailyStory, you can leverage the DailyStory marketing automation platform to seamlessly send emails, text messages, push notifications and more.

How to integrate BigCommerce and DailyStory

BigCommerce integration with DailyStory requires several steps.

1. BigCommerce API URL & keys

Please see the BigCommerce documentation to generate the API URL, Access Token, Consumer Key and Consumer Secret from your BigCommerce site.

2. Enable integration in DailyStory

Navigate to Account Settings > Integrations, and select BigCommerce. Enter the API URL, Access Toke, Consumer Key, and Consumer Secret obtained in Step 1, and click the "Save" button.

Congratulations. BigCommerce integration is now successfully configured! Data will begin importing into DailyStory from BigCommerce.

BigCommerce Sync

Once BigCommerce integration is enabled, DailyStory:

• Automatically syncs customer data from BigCommerce: DailyStory automatically begins syncing your customer data from BigCommerce into DailyStory. This includes standard customer details, such as first and last name, email address and more. But it also includes BigCommerce-specific data, such as order status, last order date and more.
• Enables BigCommerce-specific customer segments: Build customer segments based on data from BigCommerce. These segments will automatically stay up-to-date as data in BigCommerce changes.
• Enables BigCommerce-specific automations: Automations, such as abandoned cart, new customer welcome, customer retention, customer recognition and more, are easily enabled.
