How to integrate Arfinn and DailyStory

Arfinn integration with DailyStory requires several steps.

1. Obtain an Arfinn API key

First, you'll need to contact Arfinn and request an API Key. This is required to set up the integration with DailyStory.

2. Enable integration in DailyStory

Navigate to Account Settings > Integrations and select Arfinn. Enter the API Key obtained in Step 1 and click the "Save" button.

Congratulations. Arfinn integration is now successfully configured! Data will begin importing into DailyStory from Arfinn.

Arfinn Sync

Once Arfinn integration is enabled, DailyStory:

• Automatically syncs customer data from Arfinn: DailyStory automatically begins syncing your customer data from Arfinn into DailyStory. This includes standard customer details, such as first and last name, email address, mobile number and more. But also includes Arfinn-specific data, such as customer id and license expiration date.
• Enables Arfinn-specific customer segments: Use customer data from Arfinn to build segments. These segments will automatically stay up-to-date as data in Arfinn changes.
• Enables Arfinn-specific automations: Automations, such as new customer welcome, customer retention, customer recognition and more, are easily enabled.

Fields synced from Arfinn

When Arfinn integration is enabled, DailyStory automatically syncs data from Arfinn.

Standard fields

DailyStory will sync the following standard fields from Arfinn:

• first name
• last name
• email
• mobile number
• address
• city
• state
• postal code
• birthdate
• DailyStory also will automatically geocode (calculate the latitude and longitude) of the contact record.

Arfinn specific fields

In addition to standard fields, the following Arfinn-specific fields are synced. These fields are used for personalizing content, running automations or building segments.
