Archiving a Campaign
You can opt to manually archive a campaign, or archiving a campaign happens automatically by the system when the campaign has not been used in over 180 days. When a campaign is in archive status, all assets and automations are paused. Archiving a campaign will also flush all of the contacts, and they will no longer be dynamically updated.
Changing a campaign to archive status using the Bulk Edit Tool
To remove a campaign from it's archive/paused status, see this article.
- Click on the Campaigns button from your Dashboard or navigate to
Campaigns > All Campaigns
. - Select the 'edit' button:

- You are now able to Bulk Edit your campaigns of choice (you can also pause or delete them). Click on the campaigns you would like to archive and select 'archive'.

- You can view all Archived Campaigns under Filter>Show Archived.

Changing a campaign to archive status automatically
A campaign will automatically archive after 180 days of no use (no assets sent out or segment updates) unless this setting is toggled off within the campaign settings.
