Exporting and Importing Automations

If you've built an automation and would like to use it again, you can export any automation using the Export option....Just click on the ... options and select Export next to the automation you want to export....This will export an encrypted file [name of automation].autopilot.

Automations Dashboard

To view all automations navigate to Campaigns > All Automations: From this screen you can see the name of the automation, description, campaign it is associated with....The number of people who have completed the automation, the number of people in the automation as well as whether or not the automation is enabled....The on/off switch enables you to easily turn on or turn off an automation....Clicking the name of an automation will take you to the design screen for that automation....The number in the completed column is clickable and returns a report showing all people who have run through the specific automation and the number in the in progress column links to a report showing people who are currently in the automation.

Automation Triggers

This is the most generic automation....This automation only runs on leads added to the campaign after the automation is started....If you want to run the automation on existing leads, please see the When automation is enabled trigger....The When automation is enabled trigger starts the automation when the automation is enabled or when new leads are added to the campaign....You may want to use this trigger to start an automation after you've built the automation.
