Customize Fields on the All Contacts screen
The All Contacts screen displays your contacts in a customizable view. You can choose which fields appear as columns so the information most relevant to your work is visible at a glance. To learn more about the Contacts area in DailyStory, refer to the Contacts Guide.
Access the All Contacts screen
Navigate to Contacts > All Contacts from the main Navigation Bar to view all of the contacts in your account.
Customize the displayed fields
From the All Contacts screen, click the Customize Columns block to open the field selector. The field selector lists all available fields, including DailyStory's standard contact fields and any custom contact fields configured for your account.

Use the field selector to choose which fields appear as columns on the All Contacts screen and hit 'save'.
Save your selections to apply them. Your customized view is now available for view or importing/exporting.
RecommendedEach user's customized view is independent. Other users in your account will not see your column selections β they can configure their own preferred view.
Including custom fields

Working with the customized view
Once you've chosen the fields you want to see, pair the customized view with other tools to focus on the contacts that matter most. Use filtering to narrow your list, or export the visible contacts for use outside DailyStory.
