Finish account setup. In Account Settings, confirm your company name, logo and time zone. Finish Account Setup
Set up email. In Account Settings > Email Setup, enter your sending domain and add the DNS records it gives you at your domain provider. Set up Email Marketing
Set up text messaging (optional). In Account Settings > Setup > SMS Marketing, choose a sending number and register for 10DLC. Set up SMS Marketing
Add contacts. Import a CSV from Contacts > Import Contacts, or connect your system in Account Settings > Integrations. Add Contacts
Create a segment. Use Contacts > Create Segment, or start with the built-in All Contacts segment. Create Customer Segments
Create a campaign. Use Campaigns > Create Campaign, then add your segment under Target Audience in the campaign settings. Send your first campaign
Send your first message. In the campaign's Assets tab, create an email or text message, click Schedule and choose your segment. Send your first campaign
